If you are dissatisfied with your order*, you may return your items for a refund or exchange. You must call us at 706-878-8200 and request authorization before returning order. Returns must be made immediately after the arrival date so we can inspect the item for any production issues. Refund for items will be credited in the same form as the original payment type once we have received the return. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. *NOTE: Hofer's will not be responsible for heat damage due to hot weather. We can not offer refunds or replacements due to this occurrence. Since we do not use chemicals or preservatives in our products, mold may occur due to shipping delays, packages left in the sun or other circumstances beyond our control. We ask customers to immediately freeze all bread that is not being used to avoid molding issues. Also, Hofer's will not assume responsibility for wrong items being ordered.
